Mediation & Settlement Services

Both Steven Neuner and Joanne Ventura are mediators with years of experience and extensive training. Both serve on the mediation panel for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. Joanne serves the Superior Court of New Jersey as a family law mediator and Steven serves that court as a civil mediator and foreclosure mediator.

Mediators help parties to a dispute communicate with each other and reach fair settlements.
