About the Firm

The law firm of Neuner and Ventura LLP has had a presence in Southern New Jersey since 1983. Its practice is currently focused in the areas of Bankruptcy and Creditor's Rights, Commercial Litigation, Business Law, Asset Protection Planning, Estate Management and Planning, Family Law and Real Estate. Joanne M. Ventura is a certified and trained mediator. The firm draws clients from businesses and individuals throughout Southern New Jersey. With offices located in Southern Burlington County, the firm is strategically located to serve clients over a wide geographic area. In addition to its New Jersey practice, all members of the firm are licensed in Pennsylvania.

Our Philosophy

Through creative and strategic use of technology and trained support staff, we provide the personal, individualized attention of a small firm, with many of the capabilities of larger firms. We focus our practice in those areas where we have demonstrated expertise. We believe the surest path to long term professional and personal success is to provide advice and representation of consistently high quality at reasonable prices. Whenever clients come to us with a new problem or dispute, we strive to provide them, at the outset, with an intelligent overview of their options and the costs and benefits of each. We believe it is our professional responsibility to advise clients against courses of conduct (such as extensive litigation) where we reasonably believe that the end result will not be satisfactory, or worth the ultimate cost. The ultimate decision how to proceed in any particular case rests, of course, with our clients. Once our client has made that decision, with knowledge of the costs and risks involved, we dedicate ourselves to achieving the client's goals in a professionally responsible and ethical manner. We have found through long experience that, without sacrificing firmness on behalf of our clients, greater success is achieved through professionalism and courtesy than is gained by their absence. This means attending to our clients' needs, answering their phone calls, explaining what we are doing and the costs involved. It means having detailed and accurate bills, and answering our client's questions about them. It means not substituting our judgment about important life decisions or business decisions for the judgments or decisions of our clients; instead we strive to use our experience and expertise as lawyers to advise and inform our clients so they can make better decisions for themselves. Finally, we believe there is simply no substitute for experience, dedication, sensitivity to our clients needs, and good old-fashioned hard work.
