Creditor Rights
We help creditors protect and where possible secure payment of the monies due them. We have helped a wide variety of creditors, including mortgage holders, banks, secured creditors, non-debtor spouses and their attorneys, landlords and bankruptcy trustees. Mr. Neuner's extensive experience as a bankruptcy trustee can be put to good use to cut through the confusion and eliminate unneeded cost or delay. In addition to representing creditors in bankruptcy, we advise and represent them in other major collection matters, in real estate transactions and closings, and a variety of commercial disputes. We focus on providing prompt and cost-effective solutions. When possible, we look for practical solutions that make the effort worthwhile. For access to important articles and resources, click here.
